Webinar: Introducing Foragecaster beta: turn your data into better grazing plans

Foragecaster is a research project to help livestock producers with their planning, by providing forecasting tools for pasture and livestock, as well as estimating sustainability metrics.

• Create grazing plans for different weather scenarios using weather forecasts and historical climate data.
• Pasture predictions will use 7 years of satellite imagery, along with the knowledge of mob movements, to understand the true pasture growth. We will also understand pasture quality, not just quantity.
• Livestock predictions will use machine learning across AgriWebb’s 60 million head of anonymous livestock data, collected over the last decade, to provide more accurate forecasts of the number of head reaching target weight.
• Sustainability reporting will be made easy, integrating with existing tools to pre-populate data you’re already capturing in AgriWebb!
